Leadership Development—

For us to get free, we have to develop the next generation of reproductive justice leaders. We’ve been doing that by continuing to cultivate volunteers and Errin J. Vuley fellows who complete reproductive justice projects at the intersection of race and gender. Across 2024 and 2025, we cultivated Errin J. Vuley fellows, volunteers, and trained clinic escorts. In addition to that work, we have continued to invest in our staff and existing volunteer base by developing new programs and initiatives to harness our broad skill sets.

  • Distributed about 150 safe sex kits and 300 over-the-counter emergency contraceptives through various outreach events and participation at partner organizations’ events
  • Onboarded more than 75 clinic escorts to champion and protect our patients against anti-abortion protestors
  • Held our monthly leadership development program, Errin J. Vuley Fellows Program focused on abortion access, racial justice, and trans justice
  • Trained an additional 67 clinic escorts to join our strong team of volunteers
